New Seating Overview

Construction on the new Cintas Center seating areas will begin following the conclusion of the 2016-2017 basketball season to update and upgrade the experience for all of our fans through the addition of new seating in the lower bowl, improved hospitality spaces, and access to enhanced concessions. Inherent with the reconfiguration of the lower bowl is the need for a new seat selection for the Cintas Center. Xavier Athletics values every fan, and this new seat selection process provides an opportunity to steward the loyal and dedicated individuals that make up Xavier Nation. Every men’s basketball season ticket holder and fan interested in becoming season ticket holders will receive an appointment time to select seats. Times will be based on your Musketeer Points ranking as of April 1, 2017. There will be four options for all men’s basketball season ticket holders to select their new seats. Specific instructions will be provided to each season ticket holder when the appointment times are distributed after April 1, 2017.



Online Selection

Men’s basketball season ticket holders will be able to go online, view the available seating locations, season ticket prices and per-seat donations (if applicable), and self-select seats at their appointment time. This will be managed through your My Musketeers account at www.GoXavier.com/mymusketeers.

In-Person Selection

Fans will also have the ability to come to the Cintas Center at or after their appointment time and choose their seats in person with the assistance of Xavier Athletics staff.

PHONE SELECTION

Any account holder can also call in and choose their seats over the phone at or after their designated time.

Proxy SELECTION

Ticket holders will also have the ability to designate a representative to select their seats for them using any of the other three selection options. The ticket holder must notify the Xavier Athletics Ticket Office no later than one week prior to the appointment time if a proxy will be used.
